Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ProvisionalBooking. By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About this service
ProvisionalBooking ("we", "us", "our") provides flight itinerary documents intended for use in visa applications and similar travel documentation requirements. We are not an airline, travel agency, or ticketing platform. The itineraries we produce are not confirmed airline reservations and cannot be used as boarding passes or for actual travel check-in.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate passenger information; we are not liable for rejection caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
3. What you receive
Upon successful payment you will receive a PDF itinerary document by email. The document is formatted to reflect the style of an airline e-ticket and contains the route, dates, flight details, and passenger names you provided. It is generated using real, publicly scheduled flight data.
4. Permitted use
The itinerary document is provided solely for visa application and travel planning purposes. You may not represent it as a confirmed airline booking or use it for any fraudulent purpose. Misuse of our documents in a manner intended to deceive government authorities is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout. By completing payment you authorise us to charge the stated amount. We do not store your card details at any point.
6. Refunds
Because our product is a digital document delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the PDF has been generated and delivered. If you did not receive your document due to a technical error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund. 7. Accuracy of information
Flight schedules, times, and airline details are sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that flight data is current at the moment of your application. Schedules may change after your itinerary is issued. We are not responsible for embassy or consulate decisions regarding your application.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and software on this site are the property of ProvisionalBooking and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProvisionalBooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including visa rejection, travel disruption, or reliance on the itinerary document. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
