ProvisionalBooking ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at provisionalbooking.com. We provide flight itinerary documents for visa application purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the following information: passenger names (first name, last name), your email address, trip details (origin, destination, dates, passenger types), and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We also collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which are used solely for security and analytics purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to: generate and deliver your PDF itinerary document; send you your order confirmation and the document by email; respond to support enquiries; detect and prevent fraudulent activity; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Email communications
After completing an order we may send you transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, delivery, and support follow-up). We do not add you to any marketing mailing list without your explicit consent.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the service: Stripe (payment processing) and our cloud hosting and email delivery providers. All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only process it for the purposes we specify.
6. Data retention
We retain your order information (name, email, trip details, and generated PDF) for up to 12 months to allow you to re-access your itinerary and for fraud prevention purposes. After this period data is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, session handling). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not deploy non-essential cookies.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers — it is handled end-to-end by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
