Schengen Area

United States
B1/B2 interviews happen at the US Embassy in Lima. There's no visa waiver for a Peruvian passport here, whatever the trip is for.
United Kingdom
Standard Visitor applications go in online, with biometrics given at a visa application centre in Lima. The decision itself is made outside Peru.
Canada
A valid US visa, or a Canadian visa held in the last ten years, means you can apply for an eTA online instead of a full visa. Without either, it's a Temporary Resident Visa application, the same as the US or UK.
Australia
Every visit needs a subclass 600 visa, filed online. There's no visa-free or on-arrival option for a Peruvian passport.

Use the name exactly as it appears on your passport's data page – not a nickname, not a shortened version, not reordered to fit a form.
Assuming Schengen means no questions at all
No visa doesn't mean no checks. An officer at the border can still ask for a return or onward ticket, and having nothing to show is a bad way to start a trip.
A trip that doesn't match the hotel booking or invitation
An officer reads your itinerary next to your hotel booking or invitation letter. If the dates don't line up, that's the first thing they'll ask about.
No return flight on a visitor visa
A visitor visa is checking whether you're planning to come back. Leaving off the return flight doesn't help your case – it just leaves the question open.
Guessing at Canada eTA eligibility
The eTA only works if you actually hold a valid US visa, or held a Canadian one in the last ten years. Apply for it without meeting that, and you'll need the full visa process anyway, later than you wanted.
